Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain personalized items, opened ink cartridges, or used writing instruments may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital downloads or printable planner pages.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

Inspection & Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.
  2. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  4. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.
