Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship to a wide range of international destinations. The estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Other International Regions: 14-25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to CartaNib. We cannot predict or control these charges. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. CartaNib is not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
