CartaNib sells high-quality writing instruments, notebooks & planners, office & desk supplies, and filing & organization products. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Limitation of Liability

5. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CartaNib. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Please note: Sale items, personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved pens), and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
